Camera
The quality of the camera directly translates to better video. We recommend a 640x480 Web cam that supports video at 30 frames per second.
Headset
We recommend using a headset instead of speakers. A headset will reduce or even eliminate echo. Just make sure it looks nice on you (e.g. matches your shoe color!)
Microphone
Getting the best audio requires a directional mic that will selectively pick up your voice, while reducing noise levels and echo.
Create a studio
Once you log in, you are taken immediately to the "Meet" page.
Simply fill in the form with your desired Studio name and description and hit “Create Studio”.
Invite your guests
Once you are in the studio, take a second to explore the settings and controls.
Once you are ready to invite your first guest, hit the "Invite a guest" button - at the the bottom right corner of your screen.
Record yourself
The first step is to send the audio and video from your computer to the server.
If your camera or mic are not detected automatically, click "Settings" and select them from the device list.
Once you like what you see (and hear), hit the red "REC" button to record yourself (a guest is required to start recording).
Record your guest
Once your guest enters the studio, it is a good idea to guide him through the recording process. Once your guest is familiar with the controls, feel free to record a test video.
Finish
When you are done recording, press the orange "Finish" button.
You are going to the View videos screen automatically.
Review your video
Your latest video will be loaded in the player, just press "Play".
If you would like to review previous videos, you can find them below the player. You can also search by title or description.
Get the video code
Similar to other video sites, you can embed your video anywhere by copying a piece of HTML code. Hit "Share" and copy the code.
Publish it to your site (blog)
In order to publish your video, you need to paste the code you just copied. If you have a blog, paste it in the text area of your post, where you want the video to appear. Voilà!
