When a friend of mine first sent me Nightwish’s misheard lyrics video I didn’t think much of it. My previous experience with Youtube directors and user-generated content in general was a “talking head” experience.

It seems that more than 50 songs already sport a “misheard lyrics” version and this particular Nightwish song has been featured on Youtube’s homepage. As a result it has been viewed almost a million times. It works even if you’re not a big Tarja or Nightwish fan (like me).
